i was doing round with dr. C. He's trying very hard to read a MO hand writing...
Finally, he told me
" this hand writing look neat but i cant read even one. the writing so terrible!! "
i was trying my best to help him to read out some " i think...err... this patient came in because... err.... this word may be is...hypo..." ( i was trying to add "oil n flame" hehehe)

then replied from dr.C. "no need to read d. i assess myself. HAND WRITING IS MEANT FOR PEOPLE TO READ!!! THE HAND WRITING SO TERRIBLE, I CANT EVEN READ."

wow..... unexpected... dr. C. normally seldom complaint.
He make the quote of the day.. cool.... i like this...
so... to all the beloved consultant, please practice good hand writing, not everybody can read u all mind...
please be considerate...

the EMR!!!

on the 9092009, my working place launch a new system which called EMR...

well, until today, i still can heard a lot of complaint...

the dr always "gossip" while they meet each other while doing their ward round.

dr.N: i prefer to use hard copy, it make me like going to a new working place, it make me need to remember every single pt i meet after the launch it. (dr.N, is the one who really dun like the system, some ppl said him refuse to change, but i dun think so)

dr.L: hahaha....same to me, yesterday i save it but the nurses said they can view it!!

dr. S: i always forget to press the save button...

i wondering who the programmer is??

another day....
dr. D was surrounding by nurses and proudly said that: i went for a typing class, it take me a mth.
Nurse: i knew, i can see it through the way u put ur finger on the keyboard. so how many word per minuet u can type?

dr.D: hahaha.... i think 20.
(he a bit slow on typing, need to be highlight is he is a really "experience" doc, so pls be understanding)

since last year, " 女人我最大" (a taiwan movie program) introduce this hair clip,
i've been looking this hair clip for so long.



this hair clip come from Japan actually
it is nice to use when u wana make up, do face washing, applying mask.....
it help u to clip up your fringe to avoid the hair to cover forehead..

where the magic apply???
the magic is...the hair clip wont leave any mark on your hair...
usually for normal hair clip, it will leave an ugly mark make u hard to change the style
so after make up, u still can do any stylish hair fringe!!!

it is useful n cheap...
i get it at Jusco n only rm2.50 for a pair....

good news for vegetarian.
Kothcha Taiwanese Delight in penang have vegetarian taiwanese food.... ^^

a lot of people no matter lunch or dinner time, might be due to the price is reasonable, the place is comfortable and the vegetarian food is not bad too...
u cant miss the buble tea, is really nice....

kotcha means that when the world war and after the world war, taiwan poor people who almost make every food to salted or dried it, so that can keep it longer. the lifestyle is very simple so as their food. example is salted egg, dried veggie....

大部分台湾古早味就是早期在战争及战后时，台湾人穷困的生活，其饮食也很简单，食物都是腌渍过的，常见的有菜脯、竹笋乾、咸菜、猪油拌饭等。尤其是菜脯蛋真是下饭。

veggie house at Genting Highlands

last weekend, i had a family trip to Genting Highlands...
i was sick after that day dinner, but i still can hunt around for vegetarian food. hehe...

this is a stall which located at First World Plaza Kopitiam.
which is my highly recommended...


the price is reasonable n the food was really yummy, big portion and fast prepared...
while we back from Genting Highlands, my family still keep on thinking and discuss about the food...haha...

i wish to take the photo of mee soup that i had order..but due to my stomach keep on making noise, so i 'walap' all de....^^

so, vegan or non vegan also welcome to try it...hehe... vegan, dun scare when u go Genting Highlands u cant find any vegetarian food or need to go for the only the temple, this is another choice....

Inluenza A panic

when i was came back from Genting family trip last sat, i was having bad cough.
actually i felt unwell when i was at genting after having dinner. i felt my whole inner body is extremely hot while my body was feeling very cold. i checked my temperature, 38'C...

high temperature, sore throat, cough, running nose, i having this all full package!!!! *^*

i am so scared.... that are signs and symptom of the H1N1...
OMG... am i the " LUCKY" one??!!!!

on Tuesday, i registered to see MO before start working.
MO said that i just URTI (huhu.....release)
a lot of medicine she had prescribed for me (honestly say, i'm a bad patient, i kept the medicine aside... hehe...)

i need to put on a mask while i'm working.
this morning, i'm doing round with Dr. A. this is the conversation.

Dr.A: what happen to u? sick? why u puting mask on? Why they never give u MC?
(He throw so many questions to me.)
Me: I duno. MO said i'm URTI only.

Dr.A: u got fever?
Me: yes, 2 days before. i having bad cough lor.

Dr.A: why u never rest at home? Now cant get MC izzit? sick oso cant get MC?
Me: yalor, they din give me MC. DR.A, "free to die, not free to sick" (得闲死，吾得闲病）ar...
we cant get sick one mah.... hardly to get replacement at this time lor...
Dr.A: u should rest.

Dr.A keep on mumbling the whole ward around.

Thanks Dr.A, at least he concern about us. not like others...

(is not funny, sometime will feel difficutly in breathing)

influenza A (H1N1) alert

last week, when i went back to work after a long holiday, i felt that i was left over about news updating influenza A. A lot of memo and orders is list out and need to be follow.

well, my working place is accepting the suspected cases and the doctors all are being very busy about the treatment. they all most having meeting every week... hahaha... is such a long time i never see them being so "concerning".

as a advice, dun bring kids to hospital. the influenza A is pandemic stage right now. Try not to go hospital, in case that u really need treatment. Influenza A is transmitted by droplets. If u're having cough or flu, please put a mask on to prevent to transmit to others people and prevent urself to get worst. for who those low immunity, please put a mask on when u are in crowed places to prevent urself get sick.

so people, dun panic if u saw somebody is on the mask. sometime they try to protect themselves than harm u....

anyway, dun go to crowed place n maintain hand hygiene...

chili's G- hotel

last nite, me and my king went for dinner at chili's.

i cant find any content show "vegetarian" in any page of the menu...
and i get nervous...

will i need to walk off this place? and find another restaurant?

the chili's make me a special pasta...

u really need to try this...

become a vegan is so common right now, you wont die because you are vegan and cant find vegetarian food.

rocky is my teenage snack food which is a biscuit likes coated with flavor...
rocky all most same as pocky which is very popular snack food is Japan.
pocky was renamed and repack again as rocky is Malaysia as pocky is vulgar word is Malay..

they named it pocky because the Japaneses onomatopoetic sound for pocky makes when bites pokkin...
rocky n pocky can easily found in any store.


i prefer strawberry pocky...the packing just so cute n the taste was so different compare with rocky..
strawberry pocky not only coated with strawberry flavor is come with the small cut strawbery also... so u can really munch the strawberry on a little thin stick...

u gonna try it if u never try it before!!!

what a life mean?

a young client came in yesterday

i can easily recognize her because she is my old client's daughter n she was same high school with me but not same batch.

she is a cute gal n only reaching 20+. let's me share the story.

she came in because of having some difficulty in breathing.
after some medicine, she feeling better at the same time the investigation of the causes make her having difficulty is going on.

they did a heart scan which called ECHO and a ECG for her. the result is normal.
other ultrasound of abdomen is carry on. unfortunately the result was showing some fluid accumulated inside the lung that's the reason why make her hard to breath.

and the other way, they find out she is having some cysts on her ovarian.
i'm so shock of this. they are suspect the cysts might not benign and it might be the problem make her lung accumulated some fluid which called pleural effusion.

all of us were so concern about her condition.
when they explain the result and the consequences to her. she just so brave and strong. i can see from her face.
when we try to explain procedure every time, she will just said "OK" then reply you with a smile and thank you.

just when into college, still long way to go...
come on...
she just only 20 years old!!!
the life was so cruel
she may end up with a removal of the ovary and might need to undergo chemotherapy.
but, she is only 20!!!

her both parents was undergone chemotherapy. a strong family history is the higher chances.

I'm praying hard for her.
